  • Let’s start with our comprehensive filing service: we can scour your data for every qualifying trade for every settlement in the world, without any of your staff distracted or diverted from their already demanding tasks. 
  • Next, there is the case-by-case service.  Here, there are several options: we can pull applicable data chains from your trade data and file for that and only that case per your demand; we can alert you to settlements as they arise, and then you elect the settlements in which to participate; or we can provide your staff with a list of relevant CUSIPS so that they can search for qualifying trades/positions in-house. 
  • We also purchase claims, meaning we calculate a recognized loss for a settlement before distribution occurs and purchase the claim from you for a percentage of the estimated recovery.

If your fund would prefer to file in house but would like to leverage CCC’s research and settlement analysis resources, CCC offers subscriptions to our comprehensive settlement monitoring system at a set monthly rate.
